Simply vist the British Triathlon website and fill out the registration on-line.

How much time do I need to give?
The London region would be greatful for any time you are able to give, be it a few hours at a race to a more regular commitment such as a committee member. Even if you work full-time and have a busy lifestyle you should still be able to find something that suits you.

How long will I have to commit for?
As a volunteer you are free to leave whenever you like. If things don't work out or your circumstances change please contact your Regional Development Officer and discuss, it's always appreciated if you give as much notice as possible.

Will my expenses get paid?
This will be assessed on a case by case basis. Most volunteers will be provided with refreshments and a light meal. If you require further information please contact your Regional Development Officer.

What skills do I need?
Ideally you will have experience in the sport of Triathlon, be it an athlete yourself or a love of the sport. However, if you do not have experience in the sport and you would still really like to get involved we can provide you resources so you can improve your knowledge and skills as a volunteer.
